Considered one of the best in the state by Culture Trip, Moab Brewery is a must-visit. Open daily from 11.30 am, regardless of the season, the comfortable atmosphere here will make you right at home. The on-site brewery makes a selection of seriously good brews including microbrews, brewed sodas, ales, and lagers while the restaurant side serves up tasty food options ranging from fish and chicken to vegetable dishes. This is a great place to go to sample the local flavor whether you’re looking for a filling meal or a cold locally-brewed pint.

  1. Miguel’s Baja Grill

If you’re craving genuine Mexican cuisine, then head to Miguel’s Baja Grill. Here you can sample a selection of standard Mexican fare including fajitas, tacos, guacos and nachos accompanied by hearty salads. They pride themselves on serving organic vegetable and gluten-free or vegetarian options are available on the menu. It’s advisable to make reservations for this restaurant as it can get quite busy during the summer months. If you’re planning on visiting during the off-season, you’ll be disappointed as they close during the winter months and reopen in early March. So plan accordingly.

The ocean might be miles away but you can still indulge in some sushi right in Moab. This restaurant and sushi joint might be small but the meals pack a flavorful punch. The menu boasts fresh rolls and the catch of the day so you can stick with what you’re comfortable with or decide to go on a culinary adventure and try something new. If you manage to make it there during happy hour (Tuesday through Thursday from 5 pm to 6 pm), you’ll get to enjoy your favorite rolls at a discount.
